We don’t promise to completely change your way of thinking when it comes to food within a week, but we do promise we will do everything we can to break the cycle, and answer any questions you may have about nutrition and food in general.

When you sign up for our Camp, you can be sure that all temptation will be removed. We offer set menus of the freshest, healthiest meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and show you how healthy food can also taste good, and above all, be practically implemented in to your day to day life. Whether you’re a parent who balances making dinner with school runs and laundry loads, or a business professional where meetings and deadlines often leave food as an afterthought, we can help you make a change for life, not just for a week.
